The advanced, carefully balanced, formulation provides increased levels of nutrients compared to Pregnacare Conception: Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Selenium, Magnesium, Coenzyme Q10, N-Acetyl Cysteine and Inositol. It also includes zinc which is scientifically proven to contribute to normal fertility and reproduction.
Ideal for all women to help build nutritional stores before conception.
Nutrient formula free from drugs & hormones.
Advanced form of Folic Acid
Pregnacare Conception Max includes L-Methylfolate, a more advanced, bioavailable form of folic acid. The advanced formulation provides 400µg folic acid, the exact level recommended by the Department of Health for all women who are trying to conceive. Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status*. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus. As well as playing a role in the process of cell division, folic acid also contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
